Job Opening: Customer Service Team Lead – Palmonas

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (full-time, on-site)


We are looking for a Customer Service Team Lead to join our fast-growing team at Palmonas. This role will be responsible for leading a young, dynamic customer service team, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and driving performance through coaching and problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead and mentor a team of customer service executives.


Handle escalations and provide quick, empathetic resolutions.


Track, analyze, and improve customer service KPIs.


Coordinate with retail and operations teams for smooth issue resolution.


Build a culture of accountability, empathy, and continuous learning.


What We’re Looking For:


4–6 years of experience in customer service (retail/jewellery/D2C preferred).


Prior team lead or supervisory experience.


Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.


Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.


Passion for customer delight and problem-solving.
