Job Description:1. Support Relationship Managers (RMs) and their clients by ensuring smooth handling of all service-related queries. 2. Quick issue resolution, strong coordination, and enhancing overall client experience.3. Handle and resolve all service requests (KYC updates, account opening, nominee changes, transaction status, corrections, etc.).4. Coordinate with internal RMs, operations Team , CRM, Transaction platforms, AMCs and registrars to ensure timely closure of client issues.5. Track and monitor all service requests to ensure TAT compliance.6. Support Client acquisition team with onboarding documentation, process guidelines, and status updates.7. Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all service tasks.8. Identify service gaps and suggest process improvements for better efficiency.Qualifications/Skill Sets Required:1. Graduate2. Atleast 2 to 4 years of experience in Wealth Management/ Mutual Fund operations, or client service roles with MFDs.3. Good understanding of MF operations and investment processes.4. Strong communication and coordination skills.5. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with RTA portals (CAMS/Karvy) preferred.6. Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-centric with strong follow-up ability.
