You will be joining RAS Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., a Delhi-based production and casting house established in 2017. Our expertise lies in the creation of TV commercials, documentaries, short movies, fashion photography, feature films, and music albums. As a Customer Service Specialist based in Surat, your role will be full-time and on-site. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing customer support tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. This will require you to handle phone calls, address customer queries and concerns, promptly resolve issues, and uphold a consistently high level of customer experience. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience. Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and ensuring Customer Satisfaction are crucial aspects of this position. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities are key, along with the capacity to handle and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
