In this dual role, you will assist our US-based customers with technical issues related to a variety of products such as HP, Dell, MacBook, printers, and more. Before addressing technical problems, you will focus on upselling support services to ensure customers receive the best solutions and value. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent technical support to customers facing issues with hardware or software, including but not limited to HP, Dell, MacBook, printers, and more. Engage with customers to understand their technical issues while promoting and selling additional support services, upgrades, or products. Troubleshoot customer problems with computer hardware, software, printers, and other related products, using your technical knowledge to diagnose issues effectively. Work closely with the sales team to ensure customers are aware of the full range of support services and products that may benefit them. Document and track customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in the company’s CRM system. Maintain high customer satisfaction through quick, effective, and friendly communication. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and products to provide accurate, timely support and sales recommendations. Requirements: Strong understanding of computer hardware and software, including troubleshooting for major brands like HP, Dell, MacBook, and printers. Previous experience in technical sales and support, with the ability to upsell services and products before resolving technical issues. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing software is a plus. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales and support goals. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
