Client Relationship Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all client leads generated after order placement are addressed and followed up promptly.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through consistent and effective after-sales service.
• Collect genuine feedback or reviews from clients to improve service quality.
• Manage the complete service cycle—from receiving the order to coordinating payment collection.
• Resolve client queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Provide product/service information and support to participants/clients whenever required.
• Act as the first point of contact for client complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department when necessary.
• Understand client requirements in depth and ensure solutions are provided in a timely and appropriate manner.
