  • Follow company guidelines and maintain high-quality service standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate with max 6 months experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Versant score 6+ (good English communication skills).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patient, and solution-oriented.
  • Comfortable with day rotational shifts and rotational week off.
  • Basic computer skills and MS Office familiarity.
