As a Customer Support Executive with Sales Responsibilities, your role will involve handling inbound calls, providing email support, coordinating internally for customer solutions, and contributing to sales activities through lead generation and follow-ups. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a balance of customer service skills and a sales-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer calls professionally and promptly. - Respond to customer emails with clarity, accuracy, and empathy. - Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., technical, operations) to resolve customer queries. - Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions. - Identify potential leads during support interactions and pass them on to the sales team or convert directly. - Follow up on warm leads to support business growth. - Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints efficiently. - Provide feedback and insights to the team for service improvement. Key Skills Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport. - Comfort with CRM tools and basic computer operations. - Positive attitude towards sales, follow-ups, and target-driven tasks. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. - Team coordination and problem-solving mindset. Working Days & Timings: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with one day off per week. Salary Range: 25,000 to 27,000 per month.,
