Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service / Sales Support located in Vadodara. The Customer Service / Sales Support will be responsible for assisting the sales & customer support team with daily activities, coordinating between customers and internal teams, managing sales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling communication with clients, processing sales orders, tracking sales performance and maintaining sales records. Qualifications Proficient in Customer Service / Sales Support Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in handling Sales tasks and duties Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field SAP Knowledge will be added advantage Prior experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is highly preferable.
