As a Customer Service Executive at PolicyBazaar, your role involves providing complete information about our products to customers, resolving customer queries related to products and services, developing and maintaining Customer Service Guidelines, keeping accurate records of customer interactions, pitching products effectively to potential customers, preparing reports by analyzing customer feedback and interactions, ensuring customer information is regularly updated, and offering the best possible solutions to customer queries.
