Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the retail sales department, located at Tata Capital Limited, Varanasi - Tulsi Complex - J Grades. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our clients. Roles and Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Provide product information and answer questions about housing and related services.
Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Continuously update knowledge of products and services to provide expert advice.

Job
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
