Job Description

As a successful candidate for this position, you will utilize your strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, empathy, patience, time management, conflict resolution, adaptability, and active listening skills. You will be responsible for various tasks such as order processing, coordinating with sales and purchase teams, as well as interacting with customers and suppliers. Additionally, you will be in charge of preparing invoices, packing lists, overseeing the final order processing, and providing necessary instructions to the dispatch team. Your role will also involve conducting regular meetings with internal customers, participating in half-yearly and year-end financial audits, and presenting reports to the management. You will need to maintain effective communication and collaboration with service providers and the logistics team to ensure smooth operations. In terms of benefits, you will be entitled to 18 days of paid holidays in addition to 15 days of general holidays.
