Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Hosuri. The role involves providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving service issues, managing customer interactions, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Relations
  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and improving Customer Experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is advantageous.
