Customer Service Representative

As a Customer & Order Management Assistant at Vimal Menz Apparel, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Order Tracking: You will be responsible for checking daily delivery requirements, updating order status in CRM, and proactively informing customers of their order status via calls and messages. - System Data Entry: Accurately entering new customer orders into the ERP system. - Documentation: Generating and managing quotations, invoices, and bills within the CRM. - Feedback Collection: Collecting and recording customer feedback to support service improvement efforts. In addition to customer and order management, you will also provide Administrative & Accounts Support with the following tasks: - Daily Setup: Ensuring the cameras, systems, and computer systems are operational each morning. - Reporting: Updating and maintaining data on daily income, expense, inventory, and sales reports. - Office Upkeep: Maintaining a clean and professional reception area, managing couriers, tracking office supplies, and handling visitor records. - Managerial Support: Providing assistance with small, general daily office tasks for the administrative team. The following skills and competencies are required for this role: - Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and polite, professional behavior when interacting with customers and visitors. - Software Proficiency: Knowledge of the Biziverse ERP system, as well as working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. - Financial Literacy: Basic understanding of accounting principles and efficient record-keeping practices. - Organizational Skills: Highly organized, responsible, and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. - Teamwork: Strong coordination skills, regular, responsible, and cooperative with all team members (Sales, Accounts, Production). - Presentation: Neat personal appearance and a professional, positive attitude.,
