Main Duties and Responsibilities • Customer & Order Management (Reporting to Analyst) • Order Tracking: Check daily delivery requirements, update order status in CRM, and proactively inform customers of their order status via calls and messages. • System Data Entry: Accurately enter new customer orders into the ERP. • Documentation: Generate and manage quotations, invoices, and bills within CRM. • B2B Coordination: Manage and coordinate all orders, quotations, and payments specifically for hospitality and educational institute uniform clients. • Feedback: Collect and record customer feedback to support service improvement efforts. Administrative & Accounts Support • Daily Setup: Ensure the cameras, systems and computer systems are operational each morning. • Reporting: Update and maintain data daily income, expense, inventory, and sales reports. • Accounts Assistance: Assist the Accounts team with routine work such as payment tracking and follow-ups for recovery. • Office Upkeep: Maintain a clean and professional reception area, manage couriers, track office supplies, and handle visitor records. • Managerial Support: Provide assistance with small, general daily office tasks for the administrative team. Required Skills and Competencies • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and polite, professional behavior when interacting with customers and visitors. • Software Proficiency: Knowledge of the Biziverse ERP system, as well as working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. • Financial Literacy: Basic understanding of accounting principles and efficient record-keeping practices. • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, responsible, and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Teamwork: Strong coordination skills; must be regular, responsible, and cooperative with all team members (Sales, Accounts, Production). • Presentation: Neat personal appearance and a professional, positive attitude.
