Tradevista E-commerce Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading partner of Alibaba.com in India, helping Indian exporters connect with global buyers. We onboard and support paid sellers on Alibaba.com, empowering them with international trade opportunities. We’re seeking a passionate and people-oriented Customer Service Representative who can guide our clients through their Alibaba journey and foster long-term relationships.


Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide post-sales support, training, and relationship management to our existing paid clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping them navigate the Alibaba.com platform, resolve issues, and ensure they see tangible business value—ultimately leading to client satisfaction and renewal.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide onboarding assistance and regular training to new and existing paid clients.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering timely and accurate solutions.


  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication.


  • Monitor client usage and performance on the platform and provide strategic guidance to improve results.


  • Identify potential issues or dissatisfaction early and proactively resolve them.


  • Collaborate with the sales, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.


  • Drive renewals by ensuring a positive client experience throughout the contract period.


What We’re Looking For:


  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client success, or account management.


  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal).


  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client concerns.


  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.


  • Familiarity with B2B platforms or e-commerce (experience with Alibaba.com is a plus).


  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on value delivery and retention.
