Job Summary:

Customer Service Representative


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally.
  • Resolve issues by identifying causes and providing timely solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer account information.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and proactive support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • 4–6 years of experience in international BPO (voice process).
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of logistics, invoicing, or barcode/retail business is a plus.
  • Ability to work night shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
