Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Mayur Vihar. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to our leather care services. They will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience by providing timely and effective support. The role involves answering calls, responding to emails, managing service requests, and coordinating with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in enhancing and managing Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, etc.)
• Prior experience in the luxury goods or related industry is a plus
• Graduation or equivalent; further education in customer service or related field is beneficial

Timings: Monday to Saturday 10:00 am-7:00 pm

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000/ month (3.0 LPA to 3.6 LPA)
