As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving their inquiries effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Answering Customer Inquiries: You will be responding to customer questions, concerns, and complaints through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or others. - Problem Resolution: Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, resolving product or service problems, and finding solutions to meet customer needs. - Customer Communication: Maintaining clear, concise, and professional communication with customers to build rapport and ensure a positive customer experience. - Order Processing and Management: Handling order processing, managing returns, and maintaining customer accounts accurately. - Record Keeping: It will be essential to maintain precise records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference. - Product Knowledge: Staying updated about company products and services to provide customers with accurate information. - Escalation: Recognizing when and how to escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution. - Feedback Collection: Gathering valuable customer feedback and reporting it to relevant teams for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO is preferred. - Language: Proficiency in English is preferred.
