Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Executives with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an international call centre. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, proven upselling capabilities, and preferred experience in the telecom domain. This role requires the flexibility to undertake a 2-week night shift training, with the position transitioning to a permanent day shift and availability on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relations: Engage with customers over inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Communication Excellence: Provide clear, courteous, and efficient communication with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Product Promotion: Leverage upselling techniques to promote and sell additional telecom services or products.
• Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve customer issues diligently, escalating to higher management when necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain precise and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Adaptable Training: Successfully complete a 2-week night shift training focused on product knowledge and customer service excellence.
• Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year in an international call centre environment, preferably in the telecom sector.
• Language: Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Skills: Strong upselling and customer handling skills.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts during the initial training period of two weeks, with a transition to permanent day shifts post-training. Weekend availability is essential.
• Quick Joiner: Immediate joining capability is required.
