Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Satna. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include responding to customer calls and emails, providing detailed information about products and services, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The role also involves working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and addressing any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
