Key Responsibilites:

  • Interact with customers via chat & calls.
  • Resolve product, order and payment related concerns.
  • Ensure quick and effective solutions while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).

Desired Profile:

  • Undergraduate or above
  • Fresher or Experienced candidates (0-3 years in BPO/Customer Service)
  • Excellent English communication (Verbal and Written)
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
  • Flexible to

    work form office and rotational shifts

Perk & Benefits:

  • Salary: 2.76lpa
  • Cabs allocated if rostered between 10:00pm to 6:00am shifts
