We are currently hiring a Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Provide accurate information about reservations, services, and facilities.
• Resolve guest queries and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Support day-to-day customer service tasks to enhance overall guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in customer service / call handling / guest enquiry profiles (Tourism & Hospitality preferred, but not mandatory).
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Local candidates from Murshidabad or nearby areas encouraged. Candidates open to relocation are also welcome.
