We are looking for Customer Relationship Manager who is responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships to drive business growth and loyalty. Key responsibilities include: 1. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships 2. Understanding customer needs and preferences 3. Identifying new sales opportunities 4. Resolving customer complaints and issues 5. Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service) 6. Analysing customer data to inform business decisions. Educational qualification: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field 2.
