Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Gym Trainer to lead fitness programs at iFeel Fitness. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fitness training, a deep understanding of exercise techniques, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their health and fitness objectives. As a Senior Gym Trainer, you will design personalized workout plans, conduct group fitness sessions, and provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Assessment & Program Design: Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients’ physical condition and design tailored workout plans to meet their goals.
  • Training & Instruction: Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions, ensuring proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.
  • Motivation & Support: Inspire and motivate clients to maintain consistency and achieve their fitness objectives.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure gym equipment is used correctly and maintained in good condition.
  • Group Classes: Lead engaging group fitness classes, such as strength training, HIIT, or functional fitness.
  • Nutrition Guidance: Provide basic nutritional advice and lifestyle recommendations to complement fitness programs.
  • Client Progress Tracking: Monitor and document clients’ progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers and staff to maintain a positive and professional gym environment.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe training environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a gym trainer, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Certifications: Valid certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of fitness training techniques, including strength, cardio, and functional training.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients.
  • Ability to design and implement effective fitness programs.
  • Leadership skills to mentor junior trainers and lead group sessions.
  • Basic knowledge of nutrition and diet planning.
  • Gender Requirement: Male candidates only, as per job specifications.
  • Physical Fitness: Must maintain a high level of personal fitness and serve as a role model for clients.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
