Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Thane. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services. They will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, updating account information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. The role involves utilizing CRM software and working closely with other team members to address customer needs efficiently.
