Customer Care Executive / Sr. Customer Care Representative


Freshers with a strong command of communication and email etiquette are encouraged to apply.

Having a call center background will be an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of

    outbound calls

    to potential or existing customers
  • Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer queries
  • Maintain detailed call records and update CRM or internal systems
  • Follow communication scripts and campaign guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with customers
