Job Description: You will be responsible for handling and responding to customer emails, providing necessary updates, managing load acceptance, and appointment bookings via email. Additionally, you will provide customers with ETA updates and possess knowledge of tracking and tracing shipments. Proficiency in using TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and experience in handling Intermodal/ Drayage shipments are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills are essential. Understanding of the trucking industry, attention to detail, accuracy, multitasking, and effective task prioritization are key aspects of this role. Prior experience in logistics customer service is necessary. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Prior experience working with Canada-based trucking companies is preferred.
