Job Description

As an International Voice Process representative, your role will involve handling customer queries over calls, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring excellent service delivery. You will be responsible for: - Handling inbound/outbound international calls. - Resolving customer queries and escalating complex issues. - Maintaining call records and ensuring SLA adherence. - Delivering high-quality customer service with clear communication. To be eligible for this position, you should have: - Minimum 6 months of experience in Voice Process (International preferred). - Excellent English communication skills without Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI). - Education: Graduate / Undergraduate. The company offers a competitive salary package of 30,000 CTC based on experience, along with benefits such as: - 5.5 days of working, rotational shifts & offs. - Cab facilities: Odd-hour cabs for females, 180/day allowance for males. - Provident Fund.
