Job Role & Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers
· Explain insurance products clearly and professionally
· Generate leads and convert them into sales
· Maintain customer records and follow-up details
· Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Skills Required:
· Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English as needed)
· Basic computer knowledge
· Positive attitude & willingness to learn
· Confidence and customer-handling ability
