An understanding of the trucking industry is preferred, and maintaining attention to detail and accuracy is key. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently is crucial for success in this role. Previous experience in logistics customer service is a requirement for applicants. This position is full-time and permanent, with benefits including leave encashment and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the night shift, with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses offered.
