Customer Service Representative (CSR)

As a Customer Service Representative in the logistics industry, you will be responsible for handling and responding to customer emails promptly, keeping them informed with updates as required. You will manage load acceptance and appointment bookings through email communication and provide customers with accurate ETA updates. Your role will also involve utilizing your knowledge of tracking and tracing shipments and proficiency in using TMS (Transportation Management Systems). Experience in handling Intermodal/Drayage shipments will be beneficial for this position. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. An understanding of the trucking industry is required, and attention to detail and accuracy is crucial in this role. You should be able to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient customer service. The qualifications needed for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with prior experience in logistics customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Previous experience working with Canada-based trucking companies is preferred. This position is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as leave encashment, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule consists of fixed shifts, including night shifts.
