Roles and Responsibility
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in French language.
  • Experience working in an IT Service & Consulting environment is preferred.
