Role :

Administering customer satisfaction surveys to ascertain areas within the company and its services that require enhancements.

Addressing customer inquiries and promptly providing clear and easily understandable resolutions.

Assisting customers in selecting the optimal product that aligns with their needs and financial constraints.

Resolving customer concerns and complaints with expediency and efficiency.

Notifying customers of forthcoming promotions or special offers.

Cultivating positive relationships with clients and customers, whether through in-person interactions or via telephone communication.

Generating reports based on customer satisfaction metrics and facilitating the development of new skills within the team.

Coordinating appointments based on the availability of both customers and clients.

Engaging with customers to ensure they have a satisfactory and noteworthy experience worth sharing.
