Job Description

Looking for a skilled Customer Service International Non Voice Supervisor to join our team in Hexaware Technologies Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in online reputation management, complaint management over emails and social media.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage customer complaints and feedback via email and social media platforms.
Analyze trends and patterns in customer interactions to improve service quality.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure customer service effectiveness.
