Job Summary:

Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding import/export shipments.
• Handle customer queries related to freight forwarding, shipment tracking, documentation, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, and accounts teams to ensure timely updates to clients.
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and transporters.
• Monitor and follow up on shipments to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
• Provide after-sales support and address customer complaints or issues.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and share timely reports with clients regarding shipment status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Logistics, International Business, Commerce).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service within the

  freight forwarding or logistics industry

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  import/export procedures, INCOTERMS, and documentation

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM or logistics software is a plus.
• Team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
