Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Respond to customer emails and provide timely and accurate resolutions. Engage in semi-voice or blended voice processes, combining both call and email/chat interactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns professionally and empathetically. Assist customers in understanding products or services and resolving any technical or operational challenges. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure targets and service levels are met. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines while managing customer interactions.
