Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer service operations. Daily tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, addressing complaints, providing information about products and services, and maintaining customer records. The role requires interacting with various departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to international and domestic clients. This role will focus on order processing, logistics coordination, and effective communication to ensure the seamless export of goods. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple departments, including sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure that export processes are carried out smoothly and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management abilities
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
High School diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
