Customer Support Executive.

Qualification:

Freshers & Experienced

Job Responsibilities:

Handle
customer queries via Chat & Email & Phone call
in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with
order tracking, returns, refunds, product details, and payment-related concerns
.
Ensure every customer interaction is handled with
clarity, empathy, and patience
.
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer communications in CRM.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalated concerns.
Meet & exceed performance metrics like
quality standards, and customer satisfaction scores
.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
Basic computer knowledge with good typing speed.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a
fast-paced work environment
.
Knowledge of
E-commerce processes
will be an added advantage.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.

Shifts & Work Timings:

Full-time:
Rotational shifts (6 days working, 1 rotational week off)

Salary Package:

Full-time:

Fresher - 2.16 LPA
Experienced - 2.76 LPA

Shifts & Work Timings:

Part-time:

9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
6:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Salary Package:

Part-time:

1.56 LPA

One-way cab facility provided in odd hours
