Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred). 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, preferably in financial services or RTA-related work. Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Other regional languages are a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets. Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle high-pressure situations with maturity. Willingness to make frequent calls and maintain accurate documentation.
