Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage end-to-end client interactions in logistics. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve escalations, monitor shipments, and ensure seamless service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


Be the primary contact for customer queries on shipments and logistics.


Resolve complex issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.


Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines.


Track shipments and provide timely updates.


Build long-term relationships with key clients.


Stay updated on logistics trends and systems.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.


3–4 years in logistics/customer service.


Strong communication & problem-solving skills.


Proficiency in logistics systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.


Familiarity with freight, customs, and international shipping.


Hindi & Telugu preferred.
