Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor VMC machines to ensure efficient production. Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces accurately as per job requirements. Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. Select and load the correct machine programs and make necessary offsets and adjustments. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Perform routine maintenance of machines and ensure a clean and safe working environment. Record production data and maintain logs. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with tolerance and quality standards.
