Inside Sales Engineer Intern

As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing technical information about our mechanical products and services. Your key duties will include preparing quotations, proposals, and technical presentations tailored to customer needs. You will also collaborate with the external sales team to assist in preparing bids and proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements. Managing incoming leads, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the sales pipeline will be a crucial part of your role. Furthermore, you will work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure the feasibility and accurate pricing of custom solutions. Keeping customer records updated in the ERP system and providing product recommendations to address customer needs will be essential tasks. Coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and following up with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolve any post-sale issues are pivotal responsibilities. Additionally, you will support the sales manager in preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and staying updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with a technical background in mechanical systems. Only male candidates can apply for this role.
