Job Description

As a Customer Support/Success Executive, you will be the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support for various needs such as product inquiries, technical assistance, order tracking, and post-sale issues. Your primary responsibility will be to respond promptly to customer queries through phone, email, or live chat to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also play a crucial role in assisting customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to mechanical products. Educating customers about the features, benefits, and proper use of our products will be essential to ensure they derive maximum value from their purchases. Monitoring customer accounts to ensure products meet performance expectations, resolving any issues proactively, will be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with sales, engineering, and production teams will be necessary to provide customers with accurate information and solutions. You will be processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Managing customer complaints, resolving concerns in line with company policies, and ensuring standards are met will be crucial to maintain customer satisfaction. Tracking customer feedback and issues, providing insights for product improvement, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the ERP system will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide post-sale support, drive long-term relationships with customers, and support the implementation of customer success strategies to increase product adoption, usage, and satisfaction. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical - Strong communication skills - Experience with customer relationship management software and customer support tools This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and provident fund.
