• Handle customer queries via the ticket dashboard and IVR calling system.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in customer support domain.
• Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using customer support tools and ticketing systems.
• A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
