We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Intern who lives and breathes digital advertising. This role is NOT about social media content creation - it's about driving measurable sales and ROI through strategic paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Campaign Management & Optimization
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
Manage Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with focus on conversion optimization
Run performance campaigns on emerging platforms (Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn)
A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize ROAS
Data-Driven Performance Analysis
Monitor campaign metrics
Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights
Identify high-performing audience segments and scale successful campaigns
Track attribution across multiple touchpoints in the customer journey
Creative Collaboration & Strategy
Work with our creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives
Understand luxury fashion trends to create resonant advertising messages
Develop platform-specific creative strategies that align with Gen Z behavior
Test different creative formats: video ads, carousel ads, dynamic product ads
