Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions, addressing customer queries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering online support. The role involves identifying customer needs and resolving their issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support
• Technical Support skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client call handling and query resolution experience is must
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferre

Requiremenets

Experience -: Min 6M and above

Salary-: 3-4LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
