Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Enter daily production, attendance, material movement, and purchase/sales data into the ERP system.
Maintain accuracy and consistency of all data entered in ERP modules.
Generate daily and monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Accounts teams to collect and verify data.
Ensure timely updating of stock, dispatch, and inward material records.
Check for data mismatches and ensure corrective entries in the ERP.
Maintain proper documentation — both soft and hard copies.
Support audits by providing accurate data and reports from ERP.
Handle confidential company data with integrity and responsibility.
Assist in ERP updates, basic troubleshooting, and support to end users if needed.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Proficiency in ERP software (knowledge of [mention ERP name if applicable]).
Good computer skills – MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Time management and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
Coordination and communication skills with cross-department teams.
Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and material flow.

Qualification & Experience:

Education: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BCA / Diploma or equivalent).
Experience: 0–1 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a manufacturing or mechanical industry with ERP knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
