Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Domestic Process (Resort Booking) Location: Kudlu Gate, ACES Layout, Bangalore – 560068 Job Type: Full-time (General Shift) About the Role: We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team in the Resort Booking Domestic Process. The role involves handling inbound & outbound calls, responding to customer queries on WhatsApp chat, and ensuring smooth bookings while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls for resort booking queries. Respond to customers via WhatsApp chat with professionalism and accuracy. Achieve daily calling targets of 100 calls. Explain booking details, offers, and policies clearly to customers. Ensure conversion of leads into bookings. Maintain proper call and booking records in the system. Coordinate with the internal team for booking confirmations and issue resolution. Deliver quality customer service while meeting process TAT (Turnaround Time) and targets. Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream). Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage). Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle WhatsApp-based communication. Previous experience in BPO/Telecalling/Customer Support preferred, but freshers are welcome. Ability to work under target-driven environment. Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented approach. Shift & Process: Shift: General Shift (Day Shift). Process: Domestic – Resort Booking (Voice + Chat). Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month. Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 based on performance. Payroll: Based on TOS and target achievement.
