Roles and Responsibilities

0 - 3 years
of experience in chat or voice process, having excellent communication in English
Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer queries efficiently.
Work on multiple chats simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Handle international chat and voice processes from various clients.
Handling all Voice and Processes in BPOs & Call centers. Communicating with them through various channels, including email.

Desired Candidate Profile

0 - 3 years of experience in an International BPO or similar industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
Proficiency in handling international voice and chat processes.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Note- Sat Sun there are no walkin, only on weekdays
