Customer Service Executive - Provisioning & Configuration

About The Company

• Need to understand the (Functional & Non-Functional) requirements clearly from the stakeholders
• Need to document the requirements effectively and share it with the DevOps & the Solution Architect team
• Should define user story and acceptance criteria for each requirements
• Should plot activity diagram/UML diagram to showcase the proposing solution
• Need to act as a bridge between the DevOps and the stakeholders
• Should perform UAT and obtain sign-off from the stakeholders
• Should have work experience in software development tools & Aris
• Should have excellent communication skills
  

Additional Points

•   To be accountable for requirements elicitation and documentation (User Story & Use Cases) and are duly signed off by the relevant stakeholders.   
•   Create features and story backlogs clearly and straightforward.   
•   To support the development team by providing the User Story, Acceptance Criteria’s & Business Benefits for each requirement.   
•   To review the test cases ensuring completeness of UAT coverage.   
•   To work closely with Architect, DevOps, QAs to deliver the product requirement.   
•   Work closely with the external and internal stakeholders to understand the core business challenges that need to be solved.   
•   End to end requirements management and traceability, both functional and non-functional.   
•   To work closely with the Product Owner and should be the SME for the business requirements.   
•   Experience in managing Project & Issue by using JIRA & Azure tools will be an added advantage.   
•   Should be excellent with communication to manage clients.
